Returns Policy

1. Stone Surfaces & Custom Fabrication

Custom fabricated stone surfaces (countertops, cladding, flooring) are cut and finished to your exact specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we do not accept returns on custom fabricated items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

2. Accessories & Standard Products

Accessories and standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
